Miley Cyrus was recently photographed showing off her tummy after her workout but her stomach really isn’t all that interesting but the fact Miley parked in a handicapped parking spot is.
We all know Miley has serious mental issues and she probably has some sexually transmitted diseases but her mental issues and STD’s don’t grant her the right to steal handicapped parking spaces do they?
I’m sure many of the remember Courtney Stodden, she’s the mentally challenged 16-year-old girl that married a 51-year-old actor named Doug Hutchison. Since marrying Doug wasn’t controversial enough, Courtney and Doug decided to kick up another shit storm by doing some provocative photoshoots all over California so people could get a good look at her underage nipples.
If all that isn’t bad enough… Courtney Stodden has launched her own official website where she is selling erotic photos to everyone for $39.99. That’s right, Courtney is now selling provocative photos of herself on her website for $39.99 even though she is still only 17-years-old (she turns 18 on August 29, 2012).
According to Federal Law, any photos of a minor that are intended to cause sexual arousal are legally considered Child Pornography. The photos do NOT actually have to contain any nudity and they do not legally have to show male or female genitalia. Photos that depict a girl teasing, stripping or laying in bed in a sexual pose can all legally be considered child pornography and many of the photos on Courtney’s website show the 17-year-old laying in bed while only covered in a white sheet.
These photos of Courtney are right on the line of what many people would consider to be “sexually arousing” and that brings one big question to mind… Do you think the FBI will shut down the site or is Courtney going to be the first 17-year girl in America to be allowed to charge everyone for sexually arousing photos?
Last year the FBI launched a major investigation into a hacker that had hacked into the email accounts of Renee Olstead, Blake Lively, Scarlett Johansson and Vanessa Hudgens (maybe Kat Dennings too) so that he could leak nude photos of them online. In October of 2011 the FBI finally arrested Christopher Chaney of Jacksonville, Florida and charged him with hacking into the email accounts of those female celebrities but it hasn’t stopped celebrities from getting exposed in nude photo scandals as we’re now seeing a new round of nude photo leaks hitting the web.
Olivia Munn and Christina Hendricks are the newest female celebrities (if you want to call them that) to get exposed in nude photo scandals, which naturally makes us question whether or not the FBI really put an end to the problems we’ve been seeing with female celebrities getting exposed in nude photo scandals.
While most people think these photo leaks are all somehow related to criminal activity, we’ve recently seen AnnaLynne McCord, Hayley Williams, CoCo, Adrianne Curry and Tawny Kitaen accidentally publish nude/topless photos of themselves to Twitter… These “photo leaks” happened because the celebrities in question made the mistake of publishing the nude/topless photos themselves to Twitter and it did not involve any type of criminal activity.
Back in 2009, Ashley Greene suffered a nude photo leak before the release of Twilight: New Moon because she sent nude photos of herself to her boyfriend and then he leaked them onto the internet (there is speculation that Ashley may have leaked the photos herself in an attempt to boost her popularity and get paid more money for making the rest of the Twilight movies). Like AnnaLynne McCord, Hayley Williams and CoCo, these nude photos of Ashley Greene were not stolen but in fact leaked by someone that she had sent the photos to.
Early last year we saw another scandal involving an Indonesian celebrity named Tarra Nadhira Hindersah after she accidentally published explicit nude photos of herself to her Facebook account. Once again these photos were not stolen, they were uploaded by Tarra and went viral as soon as people saw them.
All these “accidental” nude photo leaks naturally make me question whether or not the FBI really solved the problem. While the FBI was able to put Christopher Chaney on ice it certainly hasn’t stopped female celebrities from getting exposed in nude photo scandals and while the FBI claimed it was illegal for Chris to hack into their email accounts it isn’t deemed illegal for these other female celebrities to continue attention whoring by “accidentally” publishing nude photos of themselves to websites/services that claim publishing those types of photos is a violation of their Terms of Use.
We’ve now seen multiple instances where female celebrities have exposed themselves to millions of people (including children) and they’ve suffered no legal penalties for doing it. Am I the only one that thinks some of these female celebrities should suffer legal penalties for “accidentally” exposing themselves to the public. If they did it while walking down the street they could legally get into trouble but as long as they go online and do it over the internet there appears to be no type of penalty.
Don’t get me wrong, I love seeing all these photos of female celebrities showing off their naked bodies and hope they continue to do it… I just think it might be time to start questioning the manner they do it in since most times they do it they are actually exposing themselves to children (do that in the real world and you suffer very serious consequences).
I have to start by saying that I don’t know how the hell it is that this whole “Botox Mom” drama is ending up on Entertainment News sites like Radar Online and TMZ. It’s one of those blatantly absurd stories that everyone seems to be talking about and based on the comments I am reading… People have no friggen idea what it is they are talking about.
I would never agree that a parent should be allowed to do this stuff to a child but the reality of the matter is that parents do stuff like this to their children everyday and people just don’t think about it.
Circumcision is technically a “cosmetic” surgery and millions of parents have their children circumcised after they are born even though it isn’t medically necessary. The only risks associated with circumcision are ones that don’t appear till later in life and since those problems can’t/won’t appear till later in life, circumcision can’t be classified as being something that is necessary to do following the birth of a child and is certainly something that could be left up to the child once they reach their more mature teenage years.
Although there is absolutely no immediate danger and there is limited future danger to a child that hasn’t been circumcised, a lot of parents force their children to get circumcised and some doctor’s circumcise children without even bothering to ask the parents if they want to have it done.
Given the fact that I know this happens, I can’t sit here and claim that it isn’t okay for this woman to inject her daughter with Botox considering parents do similar stuff to their children on a daily basis (circumcision being only one example).
In America, we believe in equality and I don’t feel it is right to claim that it is wrong to do something like this to a female when men endure things that are far worse and much more painful on a daily basis.
If we are going to claim that it is wrong for parents to subject their children to “cosmetic” alterations then I feel it should be universal and right now it is not universal. Men get “altered” on a daily basis and yet the only time anyone seems to care is when it happens to a woman.
This is obviously just my opinion but it certainly has some thought and consideration behind it. By no means am I saying that this woman did something right… I am simply saying that it either should or shouldn’t be allowed. If a parent isn’t allowed to cosmetically alter their children with Botox… They legally shouldn’t be allowed to do it in any other way either.
Given the fact that we do actually allow some parents to “cosmetically” alter their children… I can’t say that this woman has actually done anything wrong because what she has done is similar to what a lot of other parents have done… The other parents just did it in a different way.
Obviously it wouldn’t be fair to take this woman’s child away when we don’t take children away from other parents that cosmetically alter their children.
We all complain when we see teens like Miley Cyrus showing a little skin but some of, like me, don’t see a problem with public nudity. What I do see a problem with is when people start gawking at naked girls if they have a bikini problem at the beach or while they are lounging around a pool… In the same, it is also a problem when immature morons decide to start complaining because they can see a woman’s breast while she is breast-feeding her baby…
The human body is a natural and very beautiful thing… With that said… Here’s part three of this Hong Kong babes nude public beach display…

My initial answer to this question is no because homosexuals can’t reproduce and therefore the human race would die off slowly if our society had a lot of homosexuals. After some careful consideration of this question… I think heterosexuals do actually need homosexuals for a few different reasons.
Sexual Fantasies
I can’t even count how many men exist that desire to see two women have sex together or desire to have sex with multiple women at once. In the same, there are women that desire to see two men have sex together or desire to have sex with multiple men at once.
A lot of heterosexuals seem to have “natural” bi-sexual fantasies, which indicates that these desires were willingly programmed into both men and women. Since so many men and women have these desires I have to classify them as natural and normal, which means I also have to classify anyone that engages in homosexual or bi-sexual relations as being just as normal as heterosexuals.
If everyone were a heterosexual… Millions of people would have dreams and fantasies that would NEVER come true.
The Sky Is The Limit
Our American society teaches that people should be unique individuals and that each unique individual can achieve virtually anything that they can possibly dream. While this is a common belief in America it would lose its power if everyone had to live their life behind closed doors.
Being able to walk down the street and see people with multi-colored hair, wacky t-shirts or two men kissing serves as a constant reminder to what freedoms America truly offers. By reminding people of what they can achieve it encourages them to continue to dream and chase after their dreams, which is beneficial to everyone in society. It may not be the prettiest thing to see… But it is still positive and therefore useful.
Homosexuals Have An Inability to Reproduce
A woman can’t become pregnant without sperm to fertilize her egg, which means that homosexual women won’t become pregnant and it also means that homosexual men won’t get women pregnant either. Ordinarily this would concern me but thanks so many men that need to relieve their sexual tension… Women can get sperm from a sperm bank virtually any-time that they need it.
Since homosexual women can still become pregnant… I would have to say that there is no current threat to human existence.
Heterosexuals Are Sexually Irresponsible
I’ll make this one short and sweet… Heterosexuals are reckless. There are millions of abortions performed each year because there are millions of babies conceived each year by people that can’t handle pregnancy or are incapable of raising a child. The more people that become homosexual… The less unplanned pregnancies become an issue, which also means there will be less murder through the use of abortion.
The Bible Says Homosexuality Is Wrong
God is an INTJ and I am an INTJ. The only reason the bible said homosexuality is/was wrong is because in the beginning… When God created the heavens and the Earth… The human race would have died off if everyone were a homosexual. Thanks to human advancement… There is no real risk to homosexuality like there was back in the early days of creation.
God couldn’t care less if people are having sex with a man or a woman… He cares about the survival of his creations and therefore developed laws to make sure that his creations would survive. Those laws have been passed from generation to generation and each generation has added their own special touch to it… And each touch was WRONG. Homosexuality is not a sin… Having sex with someone you don’t love or are married to is however, technically still a sin.
In The End
The only true risk to having a society full of homosexuals is the fact that people can’t reproduce. Thanks to sperm banks… Homosexual women can still reproduce, which eliminates the only big risk involved with homosexuality.
Homosexuals are no more dangerous to society than a heterosexual is. Heterosexuals still have homosexual or bi-sexual fantasies. Homosexuality shows freedom of expression and reduces the amount of abortions and unplanned pregnancies… All of these things are important and therefore I think heterosexuals need homosexuals. Homosexuality will help cure some of the serious problems our American society has had with unplanned pregnancies and abortions, which increases social happiness and reduces the amount of murder and chaos that exists within our modern American society.

Abortion is a popular debate, especially when it comes to whether or not a woman does or doesn’t have a right to choose. While many people that have read my articles on circumcision may already think I would automatically support a woman’s right to have an abortion… Abortion is so complex that you have to analyze the multiple characteristics, which is what I will do in the process of offering my feelings about it.
Sex Has Risks
Some people are extremely sexually irresponsible, which creates pregnancies and contributes to the spreading of sexually transmitted diseases. In this particular situation… when dealing with sexually irresponsible people… Abortion is used as a form of birth control.
I do not agree with allowing women to have hundreds, thousands or millions of abortions. Once a woman gets to a point where she is having her third, fourth or tenth abortion I think it borders on a person being a threat to society.
In this situation, where a woman is constantly having abortions… She should be charged with negligence and murder… and placed in jail. The statistical possibility that any one couple would have multiple condoms fail is almost 0% considering condoms are still 97% effective. Obviously this woman is having sex without the use of any protection, which is stupid, reckless and dangerous.
Abortion Is Necessary In Some Situations Due To Medical Reasons
There are certain times when a woman will need an abortion because the baby will pose a threat to her body. I see no problems here… Obviously this is a situation that needs to be dealt with and the mother takes priority over the child considering if the mother died the child would also likely die. An abortion in this situation isn’t what I would consider murder… It is actually more of a ‘self-defense’ type action. Killing another person to save your own life is not murder… it is legally self-defense.
Abortion Affects Several People
Several years back my brother got a younger girl pregnant and had an abortion without telling him. She didn’t tell him that he was pregnant, she didn’t tell him she had an abortion and when he found out several years later he almost killed himself due to the severe depression that followed.
The truth is, it takes two people to make a baby as it is theoretically and physically impossible to become pregnant without having a man’s sperm. While a woman legally has a right to choose whether or not she does or does not have an abortion I do NOT agree that a woman is allowed to have an abortion without telling the person that made her pregnant.
While it is her decision, a man should at least have the right to try and discuss alternative options. These discussions may not help but it helps by making sure each person has gotten to express themselves.
A Rape Victim Shouldn’t Have To Carry Her Attackers Baby
I agree that a woman should be allowed to have an abortion when she is raped. Getting raped is bad enough but having to carry and then raise a rapists child is not logical to me. Since this woman did not consent to having sex… she should not be responsible for the pregnancy. Honestly… I think the Federal Government should offer free abortions to women when they are raped (assuming the morning after pill fails).
In The End
There are certain situations where abortion is necessary such as a woman being raped or several life threatening medical conditions. I do NOT agree with using abortion as a method of birth control though.
Abortions claim more than one million American lives each year, which is 3 times more deaths than deaths related to tobacco smokers. The statistical possibility that all of these abortions are performed due to medical reasons or because a condom broke is not logical. Maybe 200,000 to 300,000 are performed for these reasons but the other million or so abortions that are performed across America are due to sexually irresponsible people that have sex without worrying about using birth control.
Abortions are dangerous to the mother (is some instances), abortions are dangerous to psychological states for both men and women and abortions are much more expensive than what condoms and regular birth control costs. People need to learn about sexual responsibility and the more freely we allow people to get abortions… The less likely people will learn to be sexually responsible.
Last but not least… I think the Federal Government should have a three-strike rule on abortions. If an abortion is performed for a reason other than rape or medical problems it should be documented. Once a woman has more than three abortions she should be charged with reckless endangerment of a child and placed in jail or required to pay a LARGE fine.

I am well versed in the pros and cons of abortion. While I am well versed in this debate I did not cover everything that could be covered simply because I will eventually compile a formal essay type post on the subject. I felt it would be interesting to kick start an intellectual debate about abortion though.
Remember… I do agree that a woman should have the right to choose but I also feel that abortion is a complex matter that our laws allow to be taken rather lightly, which is what I don’t agree with. Feel free to offer your opinion about ‘abortion’ but make sure it stays clean. I won’t tolerate arguments…

A lot of what we see on TV is useless for anything other than temporary entertainment but last nights CSI New York episode touched on a very serious topic. The episode started with a woman committing suicide by jumping out of a window and later moved on to a woman killing a man and staging ‘the perfect’ crime-scene. As the episode moved forward… it was discovered that the person that committed the murder was a stalking victim that was trying to reclaim her freedom because the police couldn’t stop the stalker from stalking her.
After growing up around ‘many’ women that were sexually abused this particular episode really made me feel something. Instead of feeling sympathy for the victim it made me feel sympathy for the murderer because she was a victim as well.
This young lady had changed her identity more than once and moved to a new area in an attempt to get away from her stalker. Her efforts weren’t enough as the stalker continued to follow her everywhere that she went, which caused her to take the law into her own hand.
The episode ends with the police catching and arresting the stalking victim… but did she really do anything wrong?
Her stalker took away her life, took away her identity and took away her home. I consider what she did to be self defense and can’t agree with a woman being jailed for having murdered someone that was stalking her.
Everyone deserves a chance at life and stalkers take away peoples right to live. No one should have to live in fear… and a person should have the right to defend themselves against anything that truly makes them terrified.
I’m not saying that a woman should have the right to murder someone that stalks them without taking proper measures to get away from the stalker. In extreme cases though, were a woman tries to get away from a stalker and the stalker still manages to find them and follow them… anything a woman does from that point forward is what I would consider ‘self-defense’.

On March 18, 2009 Ryan Moats attempted to evade a peace officer by ignoring the lights and sirens of the police cruiser for more than 45 seconds. After Moats finally stopped at the hospital, Robert Powell pulled his service weapon and aimed it at passengers as they flooded out of the vehicle, which is a perfectly normal and rational police response after a reckless driver attempts to evade a peace officer.
Ryan Moats had run a red light and refused to stop when the police officer attempted to stop him. Once the police officer finally caught up with him, Ryan Moats initially refused to give the police officer his drivers’ license or proof of insurance, which cause the police officer to react and a more provocative manner.
This incident was being investigated by the Dallas Police but Robert Powell has decided to resign instead of waiting for the investigation to get completed.
I certainly disagree with a few of the things that Robert Powell did but I also agree with some of the things that he did. The only reason Ryan Moats missed being at the side of his mother-in-law when she died was because he refused to stop for a peace officer and then gave Robert Powell a serious attitude once he finally did stop by refusing to hand over his license or proof of insurance.
